Enjoy a game of "arrows" in your local bar almost any day of the week. There are leagues (for tourists and women) on Wednesday and Friday afternoons. Relax, have a drink and enjoy the afternoon. There are blind draw doubles competitions (open to all) in Johansson's on Thursday evenings. There are blind draw doubles competitions (for tourists and women) in Sea Pearl Dart Pub on Mondays afternoons and in Lagoon Tuesdays and Saturdays. So whatever time you fancy a game, you are sure to find a dart game going on someplace, sometime. Some of the players even practice on other days, so bring your "arrows" along with you whenever you go out; you might bump into one or two of them, who are always willing to play with some "fresh meat", ahem, strangers. The friday dart league (sometimes called the tourist league) is only open during the tourist season from December to March. When the friday league isn't running, then Johansson's is usually running a competition to fill the void. We are dart junkies! Have you ever seen the first ever nine dart out finish performed on television? Go to Darts Videos and watch John Lowe perform at his best. As far as I know, it took more than 20 years (correct me if I'm wrong) before this feat was performed again, by the incredible Phil Taylor. Two great players, past and present.
